Five kinds of appetizers
Steamed soup with shark fin, clams, and Chinese bean curd skin
Large prawns and snow crab claws in chili sauce, served with crispy rice.
Three dim sum dishes
Beef tenderloin and seasonal vegetables stir-fried with whole grain mustard
Dan Dan Noodles or Fried Rice with Dried Shrimp and Spring Cabbage
Almond tofu or mango pudding
Course content starting from May 11th

Steamed soup with bamboo shoots, shark fin, and dried scallops
Large prawns in shell with fermented butter chili sauce, served with milk bread.
Three dim sum dishes
Miyagi Prefecture beef sirloin steak with black garlic sauce
Dan Dan Noodles or Fried Rice with Dried Shrimp, Pickled Mustard Greens, and Char Siu
Almond tofu or mango pudding
*Reservations required for parties of 2 or more, made at least one day in advance.
*You can add Peking duck for an additional 550 yen per person.
